I have been featured in Singapore's national newspaper, The Straits Times, for being selected to be a part of Esplanade Singapore's inaugural TRIP programme.
She references F.Scott Fitzgerald about the importance of being able to function while holding two opposing ideas in one's mind. There are many different concepts that the character holds inside of herself and that;s something that in your mid-20s, you have to come to terms with: who you are, what your values are, and the kind of sacrifices you want to make in your own life," Yeong says. Esplanade's "TRIP" Directing Programme
September 2022
I have been selected as one of two directors for Esplanade Singapore's "TRIP" Programme, 2022 - 2024. I will be directing 2 productions over the course of 2 years, professionally staged and produced by Esplande Singapore. I will be announcing my first show with Esplanade for April 2023.
TRIP is a new programme by Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay, presented as part of The Studios, that aims to provide early-career directors with the opportunity to direct their own productions and showcase their work at the Esplanade Theatre Studio.

This March, coinciding with International Women's Week, I will be making my Singapore directing debut with Lotus Root Support Group - an independent production about Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome or PCOS, written and performed by Singaporean theatremakers, Shannen Tan and Miriam Cheong.

On April 29th 2021, I will be sound designing the world premiere of All The Different Ways That Commodore Matthew Perry Could Have Died Before Opening Japan But Didn't by Julia Izumi created by Theater in Quarantine and co-produced with New Georges. Audible's Accelerator Program
November - December 2020
One of my closest collaborators, Nicholas Chan, and I have been accepted into Amazon's Audible Accelerator Program! Over Nov/Dec, we will be turning Nick's thesis play at NYU, ROOFTOPS, into an epic audio drama which might be released as an Audible Original in 2021.
We will be producing ROOFTOPS with Roshan Singh, writer, creator and award-winning producer of Temujin: An Audio Drama.
